Melbetbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Melbetbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, and promotions offered by melbetbd.

• Each individual may open one account only.

Melbetbd reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time, particularly if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

Melbetbd is committed to protecting minors from gambling. We may request the following documents at any time to verify identity and age:

Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

The following rules apply to all transactions on melbetbd:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via mobile banking, ৳2,000 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.
• If you do not place at least one bet within 30 days of your deposit, your withdrawal may be put on hold.
• All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your melbetbd account.
• Transactions made through third-party bank accounts or mobile banking are prohibited.

All bets on melbetbd are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, melbetbd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant sports section.
• Maximum winnings vary by event and are stated on the bet slip.
• Melbetbd is not liable for any issues arising from internet latency during live betting.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, withdrawals may be put on hold until the investigation is complete.

Melbetbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please make sure you understand the following terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — typically 20–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed by multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using a VPN or proxy will result in account closure.
• BAny unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after its expiry date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on melbetbd. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Involvement in match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses through the use of multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using false information.

Melbetbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed. Any remaining balance in a properly closed account will be refunded.

Melbetbd accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider failures.
• Account losses resulting from sharing your own password.
• Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk, please play responsibly.

Melbetbd's total liability shall never exceed your total deposits made in the preceding 30 days.

For any dispute, please contact our support team directly in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

If your issue is not resolved through support, it will be escalated to our compliance department. As a final step, you may lodge a complaint directly with our licensing authority.

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms & Conditions are determined in accordance with the laws of our licensing authority's country.

Melbetbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For major changes:

• Members will be notified via email or through the platform.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
